It's a place for the clan members only and therefore nobody else can access it. However, if you wish to access these private forums aswell, you must be a clan member. For becoming a member of our clan, check this topic out.

As already said, the Khazad-dûm members should be able to access the forums right now. Let me know if you can't by hitting the PM button below any of my messages.
