HoN is so effing hard for beginer noobs like me, i havnt found a single noob as bad as i am yet :O

Depends, if once of your ally gets a walking courier, you should get wards. If one of your ally gets wards, you should get a courier.

Wards can be placed on some spots of the map so you see if your enemy is going to "gank" you. Wards grant you a good overview of the map, if they are well set.
